This Privacy Policy explains how Leveredge LLC ("Leveredge," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information through this website, and the choices and rights you have, including under California law. Leveredge is an independent introducer and advisory firm. We do not open accounts, hold funds, or process payments. Those services are provided by our partners under their own privacy policies.
01
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you book a call through our scheduling tool, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, the countries you pay into and receive from, your approximate monthly volume, the services you are interested in, your chosen time, and any message you add. If you email us, we collect your email address and anything you include in your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking tools.
- Information we do not want: please do not send us bank account numbers, card numbers, government ID numbers, or payment details. Our partners collect onboarding and identity information directly through their own secure processes.
02
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and understand your international payment and currency risk needs.
- To introduce you to one or more of our partners when you ask us to.
- To provide ongoing support and tell you about related solutions that may fit your business.
- To send our newsletter if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website, and to comply with legal obligations.
03
How we share your information
- With our partners, at your direction: when you ask us to connect you, we share your contact details and the information you provided with the partner or partners best suited to your needs (currently Convera, Corpay Cross Border, Monex Global, XE, and Mark Lane) so they can contact you. Each partner handles its own onboarding, compliance, and your funds under its own privacy policy.
- With service providers: companies that host our website, deliver email, schedule calls (such as Calendly), or otherwise help us operate, who may use your information only to provide services to us. When you book a call, Calendly processes your booking details and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.
04
Cookies, Do Not Track, and third-party tracking
Our website uses only cookies and similar technologies needed to run and secure the site. Our Book a Call page embeds Calendly's scheduling tool, which may set its own cookies to make booking work; these are governed by Calendly's privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies or track visitors across other websites, so our website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
05
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to maintain our relationship with you and meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.
06
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07
Your California privacy rights

- Request a copy of your personal information.
- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information. As described above, we do not sell or share it for targeted advertising.

We extend these rights to all visitors, wherever they live. To make a request, email us at sales@leveredge.us and tell us which right you want to exercise.
